the 80th Anniversary of Downtown Alexandria's Historic Building at 924 Third Street.
Originally occupied by Schnack's, it now houses the Diamond Grill Restaurant.
This building, a true Downtown Jewel, once again housed jewels for purchase. Schnack's
and J. B. Star showcased items never before seen or offered for sale in Alexandria.
and a superb four-course dinner by Chef William Leroux.
THREADS 2011 Alexandria Riverfront Center
Held Oct 1, 2011 and sponsored by CHRISTUS St. Francis Cabrini Hospital Cancer Center, this fun Fashion Show Fundraiser benefiting the patient assistance fund at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Cancer Center featured "Models of Courage and Spirit" -- cancer survivors who modeled the season's stunning fashions provided by local merchants, including Jewelry by Schnack's Fine Jewelry and Gift Gallery.
